Past: Executive Director of Immunogenic Research Foundation, Inc. (IMREF). IMREF is a non-profit foundation dedicated to conduct and fund scientific research and provide medical education to the public and health care community at large regarding
how to exactly and reproducibly win the war against infectious processes at their causal levels utilizing advances in nanotechnologies.
2003 - 2005: Providing independent consulting services to the nutraceutical, biotech community at large. Specialties include strategic planning, risk assessment and management, FDA/FTC regulatory adherence for documentation procurement, special research
projects, and product development strategies.
2002 – 2003: President of Natural-Immunogenics Corporation (NIC), a biotech company specializing in nanotechnology. He lead research and product development of picoscalar metal colloids in medicine - located in Pompano Beach, FL.
2001 – 2003: Served as Director of Research and Patient Services at Physical Medicine Services, in Hollywood, Florida; under the direction of Eric J. Rentz, DO, Medical Director. Duties included CEDS assessments, patient management, and clinical research.
2000 – 2005: Founded BiOhm Nutriceutical Research Corporation (BNRC), a research, educational corporation specializing in nutraceutical formulation. Designer formulas included nutritional products that target genomic and proteomic expression.
1997 - 1999: Partner, Apsley-McCrickard Group, Inc. Developing a full-spectrum business for educating and maintaining public health through curriculum-creation, writing and instruction for standard and advanced acupuncture higher education, innovation and instruction for electrodermal screening (EDS), development of seminar presentations for nutritional advances in allied health care, co-creator and director of full-service natural health clinics and healthcare marketing.
1994 - 1997: Author - Genesis Communications, publisher of The Regeneration Effect, Volumes One and Two. Guest lecturer for radio, television and seminars on regeneration nationwide.
1992 - 1995: Partner and Director of Genesis Center for Wholistic Care & Chiropractic Sciences located at 303 Hargrove Road East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35401.
1985 - 1988: Owner and Medical Director of Northwest Chiropractic Clinic, located in Banner Elk, North Carolina This integrative medicine facility offered the combined practices of Bruce Robert Pacetti, D.D.S. (retired), and Charles E. Wiley, M.D. Specialties included Allergy and Environmental Diseases, The Page Method, Darkfield Microscopy, and Total Body\Nutritional Management Programs. (Part-time clinical practice due to enrollment at B.W.I.M.C.) The practice was sold in late 1988.
1984 - 1985: Employment with Calloway Chiropractic Clinic as associate intern in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. John Bandy, D.C., Diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology (DIBAK) was the owner and director. Co-authored “Constitution
And Metabolic Body Types” with Dr. Bandy, privately published.
Education
1981-2003: Instructor of Computerized Electro-Dermal Screening (CEDS). Starting in 1982 with clinical instruction and management in CEDS by Sherman Karpen, MD, as a patient of The Nevada Clinic of Preventive Medicine, under the Directorship of Fuller Royal, MD. Vega Test internship (1983) under Seneca Anderson, ND, Atlanta, GA. Additional instruction has included world-renown educators in the field of CEDS, leading to Level I, II, III and instructorship certification.
1994 - 1995: Certified as Independent Medical Examiner (IME), Certified Spinal Disability Evaluator (CSDE), Certified Insurance Review Consultant (CIRC). Instructors: Drs. John Mazion and Richard Olsen, under the auspices of Parker College of Chiropractic, sponsored by the Alabama Chiropractic Council.
1992 - 1993: Certification in Acupuncture - Logan College of Chiropractic, Logan, MO; Instructor - Dr. Jon Sunderlage.
1986 - 1987: Completed studies leading to full certification (Diplomate status) in nutrition and adjustive technique under the Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) as taught by its founder, Ted Morter, Jr., M.S., D.C.
1985 - 1986: Enrollment at the British West Indies Medical College, main campus Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos Islands. Residential outreach programs conducted throughout south Florida. Graduated with 3.5 GPA: October 26th, 1986. Degree: Doctor of Eclectic Medicine - MD(E). The curriculum offered integrative medical studies open only to students concurrently licensed as health care providers. The degree was designed to qualify graduates to obtain proper licensure in homeopathy, naturopathy and nutritional counseling in select states. This curriculum was exceptionally well designed to qualify graduates to sit for naturopathic and homeopathic medical boards. The curriculum was comprised of: 27 hours of Eclectic Philosophy, Principles and Practice; 243 hours of Homeopathic Philosophy, Principles and Practice (Materia Medica, Pharmacopoeia, Repertorization, Pharmacology, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Urology, Rehabilitation, Acute and Chronic Disease Management, Ob. & Gyn., and Jurisprudence); 126 hours of Naturopathic Philosophy, Principles and Practice (Herbology I & II, Iridology, Preventative Medicine, Alternative Medicine, and Holistic Diagnostics); 81 hours of Nutritional Medicine; 36 hours standard Pharmacology (Drug Schedules 5 & 4, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, Therapeutic Index, problems in polypharmacy, and special problems in drug iatrogenesis); 760 hours for Dissertation , entitled “A Study of The Human Constitution”; and 2000 hours of Clinical Rotations (medical supervisor – Charles E. Wiley, MD, at the Northwest Chiropractic Clinic located in Banner Elk, N. Carolina, the first multi-discipline MD, ND and DC practice in the state. Rotations included Family Practice Rotation, and Pediatric Practice Rotation; 227 hours for Clinical Proficiency, which was demonstrated and certified (passed) for (a) phlebotomy, (b) subcutaneous technique and administration, (c) intramuscular technique and administration, (d) intravenous technique and administration, (e) Pelvic Exam/Smear, (f) Diagnostics – EKG technique and interpretation, Echocardiogram technique and interpretation, Dark Field Microscopy technique and interpretation, Advanced Urine and Saliva Analysis technique and interpretation. Total hours passed = 3500. Upon graduation, proper licensure to practice naturopathic medicine was obtained in the state of N. Carolina.
1981 - 1994: Completed 2000 hours of courses and internship in Applied Kinesiology (A.K.). Certified in 1983. Completed and passed in 1984 a 120-hour Physical Therapy course.
1981 - 1984: Full-time enrollment at Life Chiropractic College, Marietta, Georgia. Graduated Magna Cum Laude: April 1984. Degree: Doctor of Chiropractic.
1982 -1983: Selected for The National Dean’s List (Honors) for scholastic achievement.

Nov. 1992: Voting representative of the Chiropractic Society of Alabama (CSA ─ Honors) to the annual Congress of Chiropractic State Associations (COCSA). COCSA is the peer Congress on procedural policies effecting Usual, Customary and Reasonable (UCR) guidelines nationwide.
1984 - 1987: Attended B.W.I.M.C. Lectured during quarter breaks on such subjects as Constitution, Nutrition, and Eclectic Programs in health.
1982 - 1983: Restructured Life Chiropractic College Nutrition Club and served as club President in 1982 and 1983.
1978 - 1980: Conducted workshops and lectures focused on nutrition with particular emphasis given to Glandular Therapy. Held classes at Lansing, Michigan YMCA and gave lectures for the 20th Annual Fall Festival, sponsored by the Federated Organic Clubs of Michigan. 1983: Participated with Life Chiropractic athletes in an official United States Triathlon series (USTS) (Swim 1.25 miles, Bicycle 25 miles, and Run 9.3 miles) in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
1974 - 1976: Full athletic scholarship to Michigan State University. Achieved Big Ten Champion in butterfly as a freshman. In 1975, I was the first and only freshman to ever receive the Most Valuable Swimmer award at Michigan State University.
