Mark Wolynn, M.A.Founding Member of ICCT
Mark currently serves as Director of Pennsylvania’s Hellinger Institute and the Co-Director of The Hellinger Learning Center in NYC. He is one of North America's foremost family constellation facilitators. He conducts workshops and trainings in family therapy throughout the USA, Canada, England, Mexico and Latin America, and is a regular presenter at universities, hospitals, clinics, conferences and teaching centers.
Trained as a Family Systems Therapist, a Medical Hypnotherapist, a Regression Therapist, a Mediator, a Meditation Instructor, and certified in several bodywork disciplines, Mark's approach to healing is eclectic, multidimensional, unique and deep.
Mark specializes in working with depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, fears, phobias, panic attacks, lingering grief, self-injury, OCD, chronic pain and other medical conditions unresponsive to conventional treatment. He conducts workshops and trainings in family systems therapy throughout the USA, England, Canada, Latin America, and for the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Social Work's Continuing Education Program.
Inspired by the healing potential of Bert Hellinger's family work, Mark has completed numerous workshops, trainings and advanced trainings with its founder, Bert Hellinger, as well as with several other German trainers including: Jakob Schneider, Stephan Hausner, Gabrielle Borkan and Bertold Ulsamer.
Mark is a Summa Cum Laude graduate in English and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. His graduate work at the University of Pittsburgh and at the University of Arizona was also in English. His poetry can be read in The New Yorker.
